Welcome to Gifford Golf Club Members’ Section
It is a great honour to be appointed Club Captain for 2024-5 and I would like to thank everyone for their well wishes.
I have been a member of Gifford Golf Club for around 14 years now and I have loved every minute of it.
I have been on the Committee for 6+ years, most recently supporting Shona as her Vice-Captain during her time as Captain. I have been the Winter League convenor for 5 years, representing our players at league meetings and liaising with opposition clubs. I have also been the Summer League convenor for some 6-7 years, helping to promote inter-club matches.
As Captain, I intend to continue with the drive to make Gifford one of the most welcoming clubs in the area, where there is always a place for players of all standards and feel strongly that age, gender or physical ability should not be a barrier to golf.
I look forward to working with the Members, Staff and Committee in promoting Gifford Golf Club as a true “Hidden Gem”.

Membership Fees & Benefits
Annual membership falls due on the 1st February each year and must be paid in full by the 15th February. Please contact the secretary (secretary@giffordgolfclub.com) for details of the monthly payment plan if that is your preferred payment method.
The 2025 Membership Fees are as follows:

| Full Membership | £470 |
| Intermediate (18-25) | £150 |
| Junior | £30 |
| Social (non-playing) | £20 |
Membership fee includes playing insurance, Scottish Golf Union fees for all Adult Members and Lothian Golf Association Fee for Adult Gents Members.
The full Member’s joining fee is £80.
Full Members can take advantage of the Members’ Access Scheme and play other courses along Scotland’s Golf Coast at discounted rates:
